Steve Dickerson is president of BVRI. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) of the American Society of Appraisers with a certificate in business valuation, and has been a guest speaker at numerous legal conferences and seminars. He frequently testifies on issues involving business value, minority discounts, nonoperating assets, intangible assets, damages, and reasonable executive compensation.

Mr. Dickerson holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration, with concentration in accounting and finance. Prior to joining BVRI, he was a financial and acquisition analyst with a prominent high-tech company and an officer in a closely held manufacturing firm.

All draft and final valuation reports are reviewed by Mr. Dickerson for proper employment of methodology, accuracy of information, and reasonableness of conclusions. Each final report includes the CV of the appraiser who performed the valuation work, along with Mr. Dickerson's CV and a profile of BVRI.
